Papers and Communications

Registration for the Conference should be submitted by e-mail. Official language of the conference is English. Participants who would like to present a paper are requested to submit an abstract no longer than 300 words by March 1st, 2017 by e-mail address: (

Abstracts should be prepared in accordance with guidelines and forms submitted

Only papers not presented or published earlier could be presented on the Conference and published in its proceedings.

After the revision of the submitted abstracts, the Scientific

Committee will forward a notification of paper (un) acceptance by

March 17   2017, with recommendation regarding the way of presen-

tation on the Conference. Abstracts of all accepted papers will be published in the Conference’s Book of Abstracts.

The deadline for submission of full texts of the accepted papers is April 21  2017. Full texts of papers which are accepted and presented at the Conference will be reviewed, and depending on the reviewers recommendation, published online on
